New Online Banking Coming August 9th

Our new Online Banking will launch on August 9th.  The transition to the new online banking platform will begin on August 8th.  This means that online banking and our mobile app will be unavailable starting August 8th beginning at 6PM.  The service interruption is expected to take less than 24hrs.

Here are some ACTION ITEMS for a smooth transition!

  • Update your contact info with us.  With increased security, you will be using either a mobile phone number or email address to switch to the new platform.
  • Login to MemberDirect Online Banking if you haven’t logged in for a while, that way if you’ve forgotten your password, we can reset if for you.
  • Review & clean up your Interac e-Transfers.  Accept any incoming transfers prior to launch. Delete any recipients you no longer need.  Print out your e-Transfer recipients in case yours don’t carry over to the new platform.  Print your e-Transfer payment history if you require it as this will not carry over to the new digital banking platform.
  • Download & print your CRA payment history.  With our new platform, you’ll still be able to make payments to CRA however information under the ‘history’ section will not migrate over.  Also, any scheduled CRA payments that are effective August 8th and later also will not transfer over to the new digital banking platform and recurring payments will have to be set up again after the new digital banking launch.
